Who we are
Sommer Systems ApS ("Sommer Systems", "we", "us") operates sommersystems.com. We are based in Billund, Denmark, CVR 36 42 82 36.
What we collect
This site does not run third-party analytics or advertising trackers. We collect information in two situations:
- Contact form. When you submit the form, your name, email address, subject and message are emailed to us. We keep this correspondence as long as needed to answer you and for our own records, then delete it.
- Server logs. Our web server records standard technical logs (IP address, browser, page requested, timestamp) for security and troubleshooting. These are kept for a limited period and then rotated out.
Fonts
This site loads the Fraunces and Inter typefaces from Google Fonts. Loading a font makes a request to Google's servers, which will see the visiting device's IP address. We use no other third-party embeds.
Legal basis & your rights
We process contact-form data on the basis of your consent, given by submitting the form, and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries. Under the Danish Data Protection Act and the GDPR, you can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or withdraw consent at any time — just email us.
